Sintex Industries Endowment  - Seminar on Plastics in Building & Environment

Ahmedabad Chapter organised First Sintex Industries Endowment Lecture on 30th July 2011 at Ahmedabad Management Association Centre, Ahmedabad.  During this occasion they conducted a half day Technical Seminar on the following Subjects.

Mr. O. P. Ratra, Freelance Consultant renowned Speaker and Environmentalist with more than 50 years of experience in plastic field gave an interesting presentation on “Plastic in Building and Environment”.  He shared his rich experience with audience.

Subsequent, lecture presentation was given by Mr. Abhishek Jain, General Manager, M/s. Reliance Industries Ltd. on “How Plastics Enhances Greenness of Construction”.  His presentation was very informative and well appreciated by the audience.

Last presentation was made by Mr. Rakesh Singh, Regional Manager, Theysohn Extrusion Technik (I) Pvt. Ltd. on “Latest Trends in Profile Extrusion – Thysohn”.  His presentation was well received by the audience.

Presentation session was followed by an interesting Question and Answer session participated by all the participants enthusiastically.

Shri. Mahendra Patel, Chairman and Managing Director, Mamata Group, was the Chief Guest of the Seminar and Mr. S. B. Dangayach, Managing Director, Sintex Industries Ltd. presided as the Guest of Honour.  Both regaled the audience with their interesting brief talks.

Dr. Prakash Trivedi, Chairman, IPI, was one the Invitees for the Seminar.  He spoke About IPI, its Activities and its future programme.  Besides Dr. Trivedi and several Governing Council Members also attended the Lecture Meeting.

In the end Mr. Mrunal Sanghvi, Hon. Treasurer, IPI Ahmedabad Chapter proposed Vote of Thanks.
